'This is a case brought by the plaintiff, Claude 0. Horton, against Paul T. Colbron and Mrs. Paul T. Colbron, to recover a commission on account of acting as agent for the defendants in the sale of real estate situated in Teton County, Wyoming. The court rendered judgment in favor of the plaintiff against Paul T. Colbron for the amount claimed by him but dismissed the action as against Mrs. Paul T. Colbron.
