On April 10, 1964, S. Ralph Dubrowin and Frances L. Dubrowin, his wife, instituted a suit against Robert A. *625Schremp and Gladys E. Schremp, his wife, in the Circuit Court for Howard County. In their bill of complaint, the Dubrowins alleged that they are entitled to use an entrance roadway, located in part on the adjoining property of the Schremps, jointly with the Schremps as “an easement appurtenant to their respective properties.” The Dubrowins further alleged that the Schremps had denied them the use of this roadway. The bill of complaint asked the court for injunctive relief and damages.…
