This is an appeal from a decree entered in the Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City, after sustaining a demurrer to an amended bill of complaint praying for the specific performance of a contract for the sale of real estate. It involves the single question of whether or not the memorandum of sale relied upon is sufficient under the Statute of Frauds. The amended bill makes the following averments: That appellants own the property in question and offered it for sale at public auction on the premises through their “agent, A. J.
