Clifford Coonrod d/b/a Coonrod Construction Co., petitions this court for a writ of prohibition in response to the circuit court’s denial of his summary-judgment motion. Coonrod argues that the circuit court does not have jurisdiction to decide whether the Workers’ Compensation Act, as codified at Ark.
