LESLIE BROCK YATES, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment awarding Interstate Northborough Part*7nership1 one million dollars in compensation for damages caused by the State’s condemnation of a portion of Interstate Northborough Partnership’s property. The State brings seven points of error. We reverse and remand.
