The plaintiff, W. S. Nunnelly, sued the defendants, the Southern Iron Company, the Warner Iron Company, J. C. Warner, and Percy Warner, in the Circuit Court of Hickman County for $5,000, as damages alleged to have resulted to the plaintiff. by reason of certain nuisances alleged to have been maintained by the defendants. The declaration, and as amended, contains three several counts.
