INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Conrad Mikulee (“Plaintiff’) brought this action against Defendants the Town of Cheektowaga, the Cheektowaga Police Department, Officer Joseph A. Bashaw, Officer Ronald Woods, Officer Shawn Mc-Adams, Officer Erick Jakubowicz, Officer Laurie Ucasz, and Officer “John” Haag, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging constitutional violations pursuant to the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments, and state law claims of battery, false arrest, false imprisonment, and negligent hiring, training, and supervision.
