:—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Franklin Weissberg, J.), rendered January 4, 1994, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of reckless endangerment in the first degree and four counts of prohibited use of a weapon, and sentencing him to concurrent prison terms of 1 to 3 years on the reckless endangerment conviction and 1 year on each of the weapon convictions, unanimously affirmed.
