GUNN, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on defendant KTVI-TV’s (KTVI) motions for summary judgment and to strike plaintiffs’ request for attorneys’ fees. Plaintiffs, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local No. 4, AFL-CIO (Union) and Michael Barber (Barber), seek an order compelling arbitration of Barber’s discharge grievance.
