In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings *917County (Bayne, J.), dated December 15, 2008, which granted the defendants’ separate motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against each of them.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs.
