Plaintiff-Appellant Eddie Hopson, Jr., appeals from the district court’s August 19, 2004, order granting Defendant-Appel lee DaimlerChrysler Corporation’s (“DaimlerChrysler”) motion for judgment as a matter of law pursuant to Fed. R. Crv. P. 50. Specifically, Hopson contests the court’s dismissal of all but one of his Title VII claims and of all of his claims under Michigan’s Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act (ELCRA) in its March 12, 2004, partial grant of summary judgment for the Defendant.
