[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] MEMORANDUM OF DECISION The plaintiff Naugatuck Savings Bank (NSB) brings this action seeking to foreclose a mortgage given by the defendant Cynthia Sodlosky of an undeveloped parcel of land in Middlebury, Connecticut. Plaintiff's complains in two counts; the second count is directed against Cynthia Sodlosky. In that count, NSB alleges that, on March 18, 1988, Anthony T. Fiorenzi and Edward J.
