OPINION
RABINOWITZ, Justice.
In a superior court condemnation proceeding appellee received a jury verdict in the amount of $40,000 as just compensation. 1 Appellant Alaska State Housing Authority asks that the superior court’s judgment upon this verdict be set aside and a new trial be ordered because of certain evidentiary rulings the trial court made in regard to the testimony of two of appellee’s expert witnesses.
