OPINION
MYRON H. THOMPSON, District Judge.
The plaintiff Lois Johnson has brought this cause of action charging the defendants Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department and its officials with sex discrimination in employment, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 2000e to 2000e-17. This cause is now before the court on Johnson's request that it be maintained as a class action.
