This is an appeal as of right by Sullivan and Company (Sullivan) from an accelerated judgment, entered by the Ingham County Circuit Court, which dismissed its appeal under the Administrative Procedures Act of 1969, MCL 24.201 et seq.; MSA 3.560(101) et seq., from an order of the Michigan Public Service Commission.
