—In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, to review a determination of James J. Whitehead, the Director of Letchworth Developmental Disabilities Service of the State of New York, terminating the employment of the petitioner Carol Lyons and to restore her to her employment, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Bergerman, J.), dated March 22, 2000, which granted the petition.
Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Rock-land County, for further proceedings consistent herewith.
