Before the original opinion in this case was handed down (143 S. W. 1142), I had prepared a dissenting opinion. On account of my absence when the case was decided, this dissenting opinion was not at the time carried into court, but, by the courtesy of my Associates, was withheld, in order that we all might have the benefit of any discussion and authority which might be included in the motion for a rehearing which, it was assumed, would be filed.
