Error to Genesee; Black (Edward D.), J. Fred Sharac was convicted of manslaughter, and sentenced to imprisonment for not less than 7 nor more than 14 years in the State prison at Jackson.

The respondent was convicted of man-

slaughter. The information was in the statutory form for murder, and charged the offense as having been committed on one Bogo Sharac, at the city of Flint, on or about the 13th day of May, 1917. The respondent and deceased were Servians, related to each other, and born and reared in the same town in that country. Respondent first came to this country. He married while living at South Bend, Indiana, and after a time the deceased lived with him in his home there.
