' THIS MATTER comes before'the Court on the Notice of Plaintiffs’ Objections tDefendants’ Proposed Voir Dire, filed July 27, 2017 (Doc. 316)(“Objections”). The primary issue is whether the Court should allow the parties to question the potential jurors about their religion. Because religion is unrelated to the issues at hand, the Court will sustain the Plaintiffs’ objections to the Defendants’ proposed voir dire and the answer to a question on the special juror questionnaire.
