STROUD, Judge.
Defendant appeals amended trial court order modifying child custody.1 For the following reasons, we affirm.
I. Background
In October of 2008, plaintiff filed a complaint against defendant for child custody, child support, and equitable distribution. In December of 2008, defendant filed an answer and counterclaim for divorce from bed and board, custody, child support, post-separation support, permanent alimony, equitable distribution, and attorney's fees.
