INTRODUCTION
On November 16, 1992, the court heard plaintiff’s first amended motion for award of attorney fees, filed on September 25, 1992. Defendant filed an opposition on October 16, 1992.
BACKGROUND
The underlying case involved a request for judicial review, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), of a final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services denying plaintiff disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act.
