In this case, the Plaintiff, New York Islanders Hockey Club, L.P. (“Islanders”) has brought this action against the Defendant, Comerica Bank-Texas (“Comerica”), and one of its executives, Joseph D. Lynch, alleging that Comerica and Lynch assisted one John Spano in a fraudulent attempt to purchase the team.
