REYNOLDS, Justice.

This appeal concerns three condemnation proceedings consolidated for trial. The judgment of the trial court is reversed and the cause is remanded.

Separate condemnation proceedings were initiated by Mid-America Pipeline Company, now MAPCO, Inc., appellant here, to secure easements for an underground anhydrous ammonia pipeline across three tracts of land in Hutchinson County.
