Judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered August 13, 1979, reversed, on the law and the facts, and the matter remanded for a new trial on the issue of damages only, without costs, unless, within 30 days after service of a copy of the order to be entered herein, plaintiff shall execute and file in the office of the clerk of the Supreme Court, New York County, a stipulation agreeing to reduce the verdict herein to $100,000.
