ORDER ON MOTION TO EXTEND TIME TO FILE APPEAL
DONALD E. CALHOUN, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter is before the Court on the “Motion To Extend The Time To Appeal Until November 1, 1999” (“the Motion”) filed by the Chapter 7 Trustee Arnold S. White on October 20, 1999. By his Motion, the Chapter 7 Trustee requests, pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 8002(c), that the deadline to file an appeal of this Court’s Order entered October 7, 1999, be extended until November 1, 1999. For the reasons set forth below, the Court denies the Motion to Extend the Time to Appeal.
