This is an appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District, Flathead County. Plaintiff appeals the District Court’s summary judgment order dismissing claims of negligent misrepresentation, fraud, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Defendants’ cross-appeal challenges the District Court’s failure to dismiss a claim for breach of fiduciary duty and denial of their request to include the defense of charitable immunity.
