Brian Goudeau (“Movant”) appeals from the motion court’s denial of his Amended Motion to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Judgment and Sentence brought pursuant to Rule 29.15. 1 Movant was convicted by a jury of robbery in the first degree, a violation of section 569.020, and was sentenced to twenty years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. Movant was also charged and sentenced as a prior offender pursuant to section 558.016. Movant appealed his conviction and this Court affirmed the judgment and sentence. See State v. Goudeau, 85 S.W.3d 126 (Mo.App.2002).…
