In a single killing spree Jerry Correll murdered four victims, including his ex-wife and their five-year old daughter. Correll petitions for the writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (Doc. 71) and challenges the validity of both his convictions for four murders and his four death sentences. Correll asserts numerous errors allegedly committed by both the trial court and his attorneys.
