McCORMICK, Presiding Judge.
Appellant was convicted by a jury of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and sentenced to life imprisonment in the Texas Department of Corrections— Institutional Division. The conviction was affirmed on appeal. Hubbard v. State, 809 S.W.2d 316 (Tex.App.-Fort Worth 1991).
