This is a proceeding to review an award' of the Industrial Commission in favor of Anna Aldrete on account of her son Charles-Richard Higuera, a minor, six years of age at the time of the final award. The asserted basis for the award was that the child was a dependent stepchild of one Andres Aldrete, who was killed as the result of an accident arising out of and in. the course of his employment by respondent Magma Copper Company.
