This appeal arose from revocation of a probation and a subsequent sentencing in Pulaski County Circuit Court. Leo Timmons argues that the trial court lacked jurisdiction to hold a revocation hearing and to sentence him because in a previous judgment and disposition order the same court had imposed a sentence, probation, and a fine, which had been put into execution.
