Appellant Antonio Epps was convicted in Pulaski County Circuit Court for possessing cocaine with intent to deliver, simultaneously possessing drugs and firearms, possessing marijuana, second offense, and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Epps contends that, because the State failed to prove that he had a prior drug possession conviction and a prior felony conviction, the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss the charge of possession of marijuana, second offense, and the charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
