This suit was brought in the district court by the defendant in error, as plaintiff, for the recovery of, and that he be adjudged to be, the owner in fee simple of lot four in block fifty-two in East Guthrie, a part of the city of Guthrie, and that the defendants, plaintiffs in error here, should be ordered and required to make to the plaintiff a deed therefor. An amended and supplemental complaint, upon which the proceedings in the case were had, was filed July 19, 1893, and was the continuation and revival of an action begun prior thereto,…
