HYDE, Special Commissioner.

Action for damages for personal injuries sustained when plaintiff was struck by a bus owned by defendant Kansas City Transit, Inc. and driven by defendant Francis Wellner. Plaintiff had verdict and judgment for $50,000 against both defendants. They have appealed from this judgment. We reverse and remand for error in Instruction No. 4, given at plaintiffs request.
