Pending before the Court is a motion to dismiss this action filed by Defendants Wicomico County Board of Education, John *390Fredericksen, Stephanie Moses and Thomas Field. ECF No. 11. The parties have fully briefed the motion and it is ripe for adjudication. Upon consideration of the facts, applicable law and legal arguments advanced by the parties, the Court will grant in part and deny in part Defendants’ motion.
