The plaintiffs appeal from summary judgment *7entered in favor of the defendant. In essence, the plaintiffs claim that (1) summary judgment was improper because genuine issues of material fact were in dispute; (2) the lower court erred in finding that no agency relationship existed between the plaintiffs and a party with whom the defendant contracted; and (3) the lower court erred in finding that the plaintiffs could not assert a claim under G. L. c. 93A, § 11. We affirm.
