David Zachary Scruggs (“Scruggs” or “Zach Scruggs”) pleaded guilty to an one-count superseding information charging misprision of a felony in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 4. The district court sentenced Scruggs to fourteen months imprisonment and one year of supervised release.
