This was a suit by appellee against appellant, to recover damages for the publication of certain articles in a newspaper, of which appellant was the editor and proprietor, said to contain libelous matter against appellee as an attorney-at-law, as attorney of the Wabash, St. Louis and Pacific Railroad Company, and as an individual.
