American National Fire Insurance Company’s (AMERICAN NATIONAL) Motion for Summary Judgment (docket No. 19009) requests dismissal of the claims asserted against it in the Third Amended Cross Claim (docket No. 8702) filed by American International Insurance Company of Puer-to Rico (AIICO) and the Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania (ISOP).
