TAYLOR, Judge.

Plaintiffs, as employees of defendant Cedar Electric Service, Inc. [Cedar], performed work as electricians in the construction of the Margaret S. Streck School of the Newark Special School District for a period which ended April 13, 1972. Plaintiffs seek to recover pursuant to statutory provisions hereinafter discussed, because they were not paid according to the wage rates set forth in the specifications for the construction project.
