Appellee Jefferson County, Texas (“County”) filed suit seeking to vacate an arbitration award entered in favor of appellant Jefferson County Constables Association (“Constables Association”) concerning a collective bargaining agreement between the parties. After the parties filed competing motions for summary judgment, the trial court entered judgment in favor of the County, thereby vacating the arbitration award.
