This matter is before the court on the motion of the defendant City of Manhattan for summary judgment (Doc. 28), and the cross-motion of the plaintiff for summary judgment (Doc. 31).
Plaintiff Lewis “Toby” Tyler (“Tyler”) seeks declaratory, injunctive, and monetary relief against the City of Manhattan (“City”) under the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.
