Plaintiffs appeal from an Opinion and Award entered by Chair Pamela T. Young and concurred in by- Commissioners Dianne C. Sellers and Christopher Scott denying their request for workers’ compensation benefits based on a determination that Plaintiffs had failed to establish that they contracted an occupational disease while working for Defendant Moore County.
