FLY, Associate Justice.
— This is an action of trespass to try title in and to one-half of 28 leagues and 10 labors of land patented to the heirs of Antonio Rivas, in 1872. Appellees, who were defendants below, answered by pleas of not guilty, and limitation of three, five, and ten years. The case was tried with a jury, and the jury was instructed to return a verdict for appellees, which was done.
Upon the trial the court, upon objections urged by appellees, excluded proof of a certain deed purporting to have been given by Vicente Garza under and by virtue of a power of attorney from the heirs…
