Gale Leonard, Lisa Leonard, individually, and on behalf of Monya E. Leonard, a minor, appeal from the dismissal of their dramshop action against the defendant Double D Tap, Inc. The circuit court dismissed the action against Double D Tap, Inc., finding that the plaintiffs had not complied with Civil Practice Act section 46(4)(d) (111. Rev.
