Dean Blaylock appeals from his second degree robbery conviction, § 569.030, RSMo 1978, based on aider and abettor liability, and his sentence, as a prior offender, to ten years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. An opinion was issued earlier and the defendant’s motion for rehearing was sustained and the cause resubmitted. In the initial opinion, the court based its affirmation of the lower court judgment on the state’s representation that Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.701.d.2 applied to Blaylock’s 1977 Florida guilty plea to make it a prior conviction for purposes of the…
