By a second amended information, Darrin Meuir (“Defendant”) was charged with committing the class A felony of robbery in the first degree and the unclassified felony of armed criminal action (“ACA”). See § 569.020; § 571.015. 1 A jury convicted Defendant of each offense. As a prior and persistent offender, he was sentenced by the trial court to 20 years imprisonment for the robbery conviction. He received a concurrent sentence of 10 years imprisonment for the ACA conviction.
