EVERETT, Chief Judge:

Appellant was tried at Wuerzburg, Federal Republic of Germany, by a general court-martial composed of officer members and, pursuant to his pleas, was found guilty of one specification of conspiracy to rob, two specifications of robbery, and two specifications of kidnapping, in violation of Articles 81, 122, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 922, and 934, respectively.1 He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 4 years, total forfeitures, and reduction to E-l.
