OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

Where the only evidence linking a defendant to the crime with which he is charged is identification testimony given pursuant to CPL 60.25, the failure of the identification witnesses to affirmatively state that they were currently certain of the accuracy of their prior identifications does not render that evidence insufficient.
