Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (John A.K. Bradley, J.), rendered May 26, 1987, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of imprisonment of from 25 years to life and 3Vi to 7 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
